BrinLi LOVES fancy dresses. She points out everyone she sees. We saw several brides getting wedding pictures yesterday and she wanted to stop and take pictures.

Bus

These pics are on the bus to our new hotel in Guangzhou. We had to get up at 4:30AM to be ready to fly out of Nanning. It was only an hour flight, so it wasnt' too bad. BrinLi had flown before so it wasnt' bad for her either. We had about and hour bus ride to the new hotel once we got here.

TB test

On the way to the hotel, we had to stop at the clinic for a TB test. It was funny because the bus driver pulled right up on the side walk to park cause there was no room anywhere else and he was blocking the street.

Once we got inside, it was total chaos. There we adopting families everywhere and it was so noisy, and then we saw the sign that said to be quiet. It was pretty ironic. :)

BrinLi did really well with the test. I think she's seen her fair share of Dr.'s and needles.

Brooke painted BrinLi and Tessa's nails. It took a couple of days for them to warm up to the idea, but they really liked it.

McDonalds

BrinLi will get along well with Bobby. She was dipping her fries in ketchup and then her strawberry shake before she ate them.

The People's Park

We spent yesterday morning at this park. It was quit big, hot and muggy. BrinLi said that her mom had taken her here before. She usually won't pose or smile for a picture, so if we get one of her smiling, it's cause mom was quick on the draw with the camera. BTW, BrinLi is obsessed with the camera. She always wants to take the camera and camcorder and take pictures. The other night I was looking at all the pictures on the computer and she came and sat on my lap for a long time and really got a kick of seeing herself on the screen. She especially liked the videos and hearing her voice.
